The Customer Portal provides customers with the ability to support ImageNow themselves, engage Product Support in an interactive manner, explore their upgrade options, review best practices, and read the latest support news. The Customer Portal is a secure environment that requires customers to have a valid Support User ID* and Password to gain access. If you are current customer of Perceptive Software, please contact your organization's ImageNow Administrator to have your account created. *Access to the Customer Portal is provided to Perceptive Software customers with a valid Software Maintenance & Support Agreement. To qualify for a valid Support User ID you must provide your full name and email address from your company domain (alias user names, personal email accounts are not allowed). Please contact Perceptive Software Product Support if you are unsure as to whether or not you meet the above requirements.
